This multi storey car park has three floors with ten different advertising opportunities using both the internal and external lift doors.
The lift doors offer significant dwell times and ensure our clients have the opportunity to be creative when showcasing their business or product.
The use of the car park is recorded by our Partners, Douglas Corporation, who expertly manage the facility on behalf of the Isle of Man Government Department of Infrastructure. Ticket sales are counted and the average car park occupancy is recorded at random intervals during each working day and week.
500,000 tickets are sold annually and on average, there is more than one person in every car.
The average footfall into Marks and Spencer is in excess of 7,500 people each week.
